Our recent stay at the lovely property was fantastic. Situated conveniently near the train station and shopping areas, it made exploring the city a breeze. The host was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to check in early. The surrounding area was filled with charming French bakeries and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The spacious apartment and well-equipped kitchen were major highlights.

Great location, 10 mins walk from train station. Convenient bus from airport. Supermarket and good restaurant nearby. Clean, spacious rooms with good kitchen. Ceiling fans were a plus. Perfect for Iron Man 70.3 World Championships. Close to tram and promenade. Nice area with French bakeries and restaurants.

We stayed at this hotel during the Iron Man 70.3 World Championships and the location couldn't have been better. It was close to the train station and tram to Old Nice, as well as a short walk to the coast. The host was fantastic, accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The area around the hotel was vibrant with plenty of French bakeries and restaurants to explore. The apartment itself was tidy, clean, and spacious with a lovely balcony.
Can recommend this hotel.
